Why am I not able to log in?
If you are encountering difficulties of logging in, we suggest you reset your password. To do this, on the Login page, please click Forgot Password?. This will prompt you to enter your email address which was registered with us, then you will receive an email with a link of Reset Password.

How do I change my personal details?
To amend your personal details, such as the billing / shipping address or phone number, please go to My Account and click Shipping Addresses, which is in the section of Member's Area. Please note that you will not be able to change your associated email address as it is used as your login user name.

How do I change my subscription settings?
You can (un)subscribe to newsletters and other related marketing material from CowCow by going into My Account and modifying the settings within Newsletter.
