What is our return policy?

CowCow provides a 30-day return policy to ensure your satisfaction in terms of product quality is not overlooked. If in any way, you are unsatisfied with your product, please contact our Customer Service team and they will advise you if the product qualifies for our return policy. Furthermore, they will inform you the procedure, whether it is necessary to return the item(s) in question, and how each step should be carried out.

What is the procedure for return?

If your product has not met your satisfaction, please email our Customer Service team at support@cowcow.com and they will guide you through the return process. Upon return and inspection of your goods, we will arrange a replacement to be sent or your account credited depending on your wishes.

Disputes with sellers

CowCow endeavors to eliminate all potential disputes between sellers and buyers by assuring high product quality, as well as checking that all sellers' designs meet our quality standards.

In exceptional circumstances, when buyers have a dispute regarding a purchase, CowCow will respond in place of the seller. If necessary, we will also contact the seller to obtain relevant information.
